TRAINING FOR COACHES

This workshop develops on-site support for implementation of Keys to Literacy programs by training building-based coach facilitators; provides an in-depth review of the program and additional practice generating lessons/activities in all subject areas. Because building-based coaches will be assisting others, the training also addresses peer coaching techniques.  Open to schools and districts already participating in Keys to Literacy programs.  (PLEASE NOTE: Initial training in the Keys to Literacy program is a prerequisite for that program’s coach training.)

Keys to Literacy Annual Coaches and Administrators Forum
Wakefield, MA

This one-day forum provides support to coaches and administrators who are implementing Keys to Literacy programs in their schools and districts.  In addition to having advanced training for long-term implementation of our programs, attendees will engage with coaches and administrators from other districts and benefit from their experiences, challenges, solutions and best practices for implementing Keys to Literacy programs.

This half-day training and planning session presents an overview of the Keys to Literacy program as well as recommendations for how building and district administrators can support implementation in their schools.  Open to schools and districts already participating in Keys to Literacy programs.

 

We currently have no open administrator workshops scheduled, but fall 2012 dates are coming soon!
