In order to complete your proposal, please get the necessary forms and directions from the DESE website.
We have provided materials to assist you in completing the RFP for this funding. If you have decided to choose Keys to Literacy as your literacy partner, we must also have a planning discussion with you before your RFP can be completed.

The following provide information, guidance and actual text to assist you in completing the RFP:
District Literacy Plans
You will be asked to
submit your district literacy plan along with the RFP. If you need assistance in developing a
literacy plan or updating an existing plan, please consider engaging Keys to Literacy. Our
process for assisting in the development of school- and district-based literacy planning complements
the Massachusetts DESE guidelines.
